smoking-also causes cancer to the lungs making it hard to breath in oxygen and out carbon dioxide.
meat: to much consumed meat can lead to pressure on the excretory system.
alcohol: to much alcohol makes the kidneys work over time when trying to remove toxins within the alcohol.
lack of water: without water the toxins would not be removed from the body and the system would not be nourished and will not work properly.
lack of exercise: without exercise fresh, highly oxygenated blood would not be transported to the major organs in the system. Toxins will not be excreted along with the persons sweat.
unhealthy diet: system will not receive the essential minerals, vitamins and energy needed to help the systems main organs function properly. Fast food, processed foods, empty calories and junk foods tend to stop the system working properly. They contain preservatives and additives, which makes the system work extra hard in order to process the food.
too much toxins: the more toxins within the body, the more work too be done by the excretory system. Toxins enter the body through drugs, alcohol and smoking.
body products: when products are slathered onto the body they may enter the blood stream which must then be processed by the liver.
